Just over 40 startups, hundreds meeting up in person and online, Kingston Beta has become a must go for anyone who wants to know what Caribbean people and Caribbean companies are doing online and with technology.
The bimonthly event has established itself for networking and as a startup pitch platform for Jamaican and Caribbean tech professionals and entrepreneurs. It has also recently become an epicentre of pitching and passionate online discussion about how ICT can truly develop Jamaica.
We end the year with the Kingston Beta November Edition on the 4th at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in New Kingston. It’s our 6th and final event for 2010 which saw once again we’re expecting Startups Pitching from the Caribbean and Canada, we are giving free exhibition space to startups so they can demo their products, apps, websites and it there will also be a #ictja tweetup. Yes we’re ending the year big!
